Important Info & Procedure
- All general requests, other than specific requests listed on VirtualAgents360, including addition and/or revision made on transaction information in any aspect, are to be made initially via Add/Change Request.
- Prior to the SUBMISSION request received by the processing team, all ADD/CHANGE requests in regard to content in the 1003 application, will not be reviewed and/or processed by the processor due to the uncertainty of the application.
- For transaction identification and the effectiveness of request handling, the office will not process any general request made initially via email.
- The office will not be responsible for any processing delay if general requests are not being made via Add/Change request accordingly.
