Important Info & Procedure

 

  1. Please click on the provided link to access the Fee Schedule.
  2. To begin the initial request, it is imperative to attach a signed Credit Authorization.
  3. Alternatively, authorization during the mortgage Online Application is also acceptable.
  4. The Loan Originator will promptly receive the borrower’s credit report via email as soon as it becomes available from the processing staff.
  5. Please note that the charge for the credit report must be paid at the time of the request. Payments will be exclusively charged through PayPal’s online payment system, either using a bank card or a PayPal account.
  6. Agents hold the responsibility of thoroughly verifying the content of the initial report.
  7. For all additional requests related to revisions or credit supplements, the proper payment process must be completed prior to initiation by the processing team.
