  2. Please be advised that for efficient transaction identification and effective request handling, the office will not entertain general requests initially submitted via email. 
  3. It is crucial to note that any delay in processing general requests that are not submitted via the designated Add/Change Request method will not be the responsibility of the office. We urge compliance with this procedure for prompt and efficient service.
