Important Info & Procedure
- All PTD conditions are to be cleared with the lender prior to the request.
- The final loan amount, interest rate, and pricing are to be confirmed accordingly by the Loan Originator upon request.
- Notification to the Loan Originator will be sent immediately if discrepancies are found.
- The Loan Originator to coordinate the doc signing schedule effectively with the borrower and escrow officer to prevent any funding delays.
