Important Info & Procedure

1. Prior to making the request, it is essential to ensure that all Prior to Doc (PTD) conditions have been satisfactorily cleared with the lender.
2. The Loan Originator must verify and confirm the final loan amount, interest rate, and pricing in accordance with the request.
3. In the event of any discrepancies, immediate notification will be sent to the Loan Originator.
4. To prevent any funding delays, the Loan Originator should efficiently coordinate the document signing schedule with the borrower and escrow officer.
