EDM Document Upload – Mortgage 

Important Info & Procedure

1. All transaction-related documents forwarded to the processing team will only be handled after received via EDM Document Upload. 
2. All documents are to be legible in PDF format only. A photographic version is not acceptable.
3.  Individual files are to be sorted and uploaded under the predetermined file name, and category listed on the request.
4. Due to automation processing by Electronic Document Management (EDM) system, incorrect file distribution may occur if file name and category requirements were not followed accordingly. 
5. The processing team will not handle documents forwarded via any other channel such as email, fax, hand delivery, etc. 
6. Documents provided by 3rd parties, including escrow, title or HOA, etc., must be uploaded by the Loan Originator after being reviewed and approved.
