Important Info & Procedure

1. The referring agent is eligible to receive a 50% referral fee, calculated based on the total net commission after the collection of the company dollars, pertaining to the principal side of the transaction.
2. The referring fee for each principal will remain valid exclusively for transactions that are closed within a 12-month period from the date of the initial request submission.
3. To qualify for referral fee disbursement, the referring agent’s state license registration with Allstar Brokers Network must be current at the time of disbursement.
4. The company reserves the right to conduct the transaction without any interference from the referring agents if deemed necessary.
5. It should be noted that the terms and conditions may be subject to modification by management without further notice.
