Important Info & Procedure

1. The borrower is responsible for completing the Online Application, accessible under the Loan Application tab on the company website allstarbrokers.com.
2. To enable future revisions to the application prior to finalization, the borrower must create a user account by entering an email address and establishing a password.
3. The Loan Originator is permitted to assist the borrower in completing the application using the “Loan Portal,” but only with the full authorization of the borrower.
4. It is imperative to furnish each borrower’s unique email address and cell phone numbers, in accordance with Fannie Mae guidelines, for the purposes of Multi-factor Authentication and validation.
5. The processor is tasked with ordering the Credit Report, which should be reviewed by the loan originator before initiating the Open File request.
