Important Info & Procedure

  1. All general requests, excluding specific ones listed on VirtualAgents360, such as additions or revisions to transaction information in any aspect, must be initiated through the Add/Change Request system.
  2. Prior to the processing team’s receipt of the SUBMISSION request, any ADD/CHANGE requests related to content within the 1003 application will not be reviewed or processed. This is due to the uncertainty surrounding the application.
  3. To ensure efficient transaction identification and request handling, general requests initiated via email will not be processed by the office.
  4. It is crucial to note that any delay in the processing of general requests resulting from non-compliance with the Add/Change request procedure will not be the responsibility of the office. We encourage adherence to this process for timely service.
