Important Info & Procedure

  1. All general requests, other than specific requests listed on VirtualAgents360, including addition and/or revision made on transaction information in any aspect, are to be made initially via Add/Change Request. 
  2. Prior to the SUBMISSION request received by the processing team, all ADD/CHANGE requests in regard to content in the 1003 application, will not be reviewed and/or processed by the processor due to the uncertainty of the application. 
  3. For transaction identification and the effectiveness of request handling, the office will not process any general request made initially via email. 
  4. The office will not be responsible for any processing delay if general requests are not being made via Add/Change request accordingly.
