Add/Change Request –               Real Estate            Important Info & Procedure

1. All general requests, other than specific requests listed on VirtualAgents, including addition and/or revision made on transaction information in any aspect, are to be made initially via Add/Change Request. 
2. For transaction identification and the effectiveness of request handling, the office will not process any general request made initially via email. 
3. The office will not be responsible for any processing delay if general requests are not being made via Add/Change request accordingly.
